You need to add this reg entry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Internet Explorer\User Agent]
"Custom"="Sprint:PPC6800"
Sprint's Picture Mail server needs your User Agent string to match exactly the one they have stored or you won't get the WAP-based site. The Sprint 6800 has that string tacked on to the end of the User Agent (via that registry entry) but none of the other carriers do. So if you add that entry (you may need to create the Internet Explorer and User Agent keys as well) then that should once again make Sprint's site send you the correct version.
Post here if that doesn't help--there's another, more drastic entry you can make if necessary.
