With regard to registry hacking to get newer WM phones that have Opera as the default, and all the registry tree cloning...

At least on my device (HTC Diamond), rather than building a new registry tree called _html_iexplore by cloning _htmlfile_Opera, and following those four steps, only one step appears to be needed, that is...

1) Change HKCR\.html\Default to have the value "wmlfile" (without quotes).
