I got this figured out - he converted every image to either a jpg or gif to conserve size, and then updated all of it the registry entries to point to the correct images. There is no registry entry (that I could find) for the alert background tho so it has to stay a bmp. I converted it back and its fixed.

Jdume, when one of the dialpad keys (0-9, *,#) are pressed, does it change while being pressed?

Not yet when I get my TP I will be making one but there is one floating around that a member made (not as nice as mine ) I just can't locate a link for it.
