could someone tell me what that is? and microsoft . netcf 3.5 version?

In my opinion, a normal home user will never need SQLCE, its more for corporate applications... NETCF 3.5 is a subset of .NET Framework 3.5, and most users probably will want to have this installed... I'm oversimplifing, but its a collection of APIs and Programs that help applications work...
