Re: SportyPal Pro for WM

I tried this over the weekend. I was looking for a good GPS Pedometer, and this fits the bill perfectly. It records distance and time traveled. It will also calculate the amount of calories burned and plot the whole trip on a map. Well worth a look.

The map is actually pretty cool. On my TP2, the GPS was accurate enough to show which side of the street I was walking on.

Over a 5 mile course (including almost a dozen 90 degree turns) the distance will be off by about a 0.2 mile. Not bad at all, but enough to affect pace calculations. I have no problem with this for now.

Once a workout is uploaded to the web, the software allows me to edit the route. The process is simple but a little time consuming. After editing, the distance is usually right on target.

Re: SportyPal Pro for WM

I am so glad I just found this! For the past 6 months tried using this. It worked at first but then the GPS just quit working for me. I am soooo downloading this as soon as I get home!! Thanks!
