Anyone else having problems with Opera Mini lately?

My RSS feeds aren't loading properly all of a sudden. They're spaced out with several lines between them now & pictures won't load. They went back to normal for a day or 2 but now they're messed up again. I've reinstalled, resubscribed to my feeds, with no luck. Just wondering if this is a software issue or a server issue.

Must be server-side then. I'm gonna shoot them an e-mail & see what's up.

Re: Anyone else having problems with Opera Mini lately?

my strange opera mini 4.2 issue (for me at least) is when I type into a text box, opera mini the reloads the page to insert the text. just started hapening over the weekend. restored a previous backup and the issue remains. weird

Re: Anyone else having problems with Opera Mini lately?

OK guys I figured it out. It wasn't a problem per se, but a server upgrade that changed the way the feeds are displayed. You have to deselect "mobile view" if you're using that setting or else the feeds will show up all wonky like that. Deselecting mobile view puts them back to normal.

I'm gonna bitch to Opera about this. Why they would set the feeds to require 3 clicks to view one thing in mobile view is completely beyond me.

Re: Anyone else having problems with Opera Mini lately?

I cant wait till 5.1 or something comes out and they fix the keyboard imput. typing numbers is a pain. I tried going back to regular opera but it seemed sooooo slow after using mini 5 even with turbo on.

Are you talking about the Opera Mini keyboard? You can disable it through Settings--->Advanced---->Full Screen Edit On

I use Touchpal and it takes it back to that.

Just tried downloading and installing mini beta 5.2... is there a way to stop it from saying "untrusted application" every time I click a site?

Re: Anyone else having problems with Opera Mini lately?

I've gotten around the annoying built in keyboard by just leaving it set as default in mini, then anytime I need to type in a text box, I just click and hold down and go to "fullscreen edit" However I recently have been experiencing unnecessary page reloads after typing. And when I click a link, it reloads the current page THEN loads the new link.
