thanks for the cache file fix....it seems that EVERYTHING works now...even discovery mobile..this is a great program, especially for a dad with 3 kids.

PPC6700 (WM6, Sprint) here.. I loaded up the Sprint TV cab, got up to the channels screen and was stuck on loading. I replaced the cache directory and everything worked for an afternoon, now, the channels are there but the submenus hang at the loading screen.

Have the same problem. Noticed that after copying the cache folder to the SprintTV folder, the files disappeared from the folder. Kept the file explorer open and refreshed the screen to figure that one out.

However, while the program is open before selecting the "Sprint TV" option (the other is the "Sprint En Vivo" option), if the files are copied at that time to the cache folder, the channels do appear and you can watch TV.

what is the deal with updated channels.my daughter has been watching the same hanna montana shows for 2 weeks anybody know how often the channels are updated

Ok, so I got it to work, I think the lack of channels had to do with signal strength believe it or not, the fuller i had the more channels i got. Also I have no option to subscribe to anything at all or an option for sprint extra/xtra the channels I do have are as follows

First off let me state that on startup i now have an option for Sprint TV en vivo (no clue what this is or where it came from?)

I have installed the 1000cab then the 1005 cab and then copied the cache over prior to starting it up. After startup that is what I have...hope this helps someone. Also if anyone knows why I got the Sprint TV En Vivo let me know thanks!

I have a Touch and was getting NO channels on my Sprint TV so I installed all of these files (1000, 1005, and cache). I'm now trying to reset my phone back to original settings and the En Vivo won't go away! tried clearing all data, multiple hard resets, deleting files via PC connection, and even deleting registry entries...but it wont go away!

where does this channel lineup come from?
