are you a ppcgeek videophile? check this out, maybe it's related to poor video playback everyone complains about.
(i'm assuming tech1 already knows about this. ;) lol )

I don't do video exept for MLB, but thats flash thru skyfire, not much I can do. :(

seach your registry for the following;

DisallowKMode
or
Scrunch

also seach google, and remember have fun!

lol, exactly. what is this 'K' Mode and why is it disabled?
so far all I can tell is it has to do with media player, and I only use skyfire, soo..
I'm hoping one of the codec guru's knows, or someone can try enabling and see if it improves anything.

I have search and it appears to have something to do with mediaplayer, one thread was in Norwegian but did not say anything that would help. I would think this has nothing to do with why video is so bad. If that were the case why would HTC hide this if it was so simple. I am still looking at the drivers as the source of the problem. To make sure anyone with a older phone that the video plays better look at the registry and look for disablekmode.
