How to modify read only files?

like the opening.wav. cant rename, cant delete. I would like to change it.
i have the advanced config app. but still won't let me change it. any ideas?

Tried using Resco Explorer or a smiliar program...navigating to the file in question..highlighting it and clicking properties...and uncheck Read Only?

If that doesnt work,you can always copy the file to another directory and pull it to your pc from ActiveSync...and mess with the attributes there,as I did with some of my Manilla files to customized TF3D.Then I just copied it back and overwrote the main file
