Is there a data disconect hack?
 

I want my data to disconnect after not being used for a set period of time im sure there is a way to do it i just dont know how.

There is a program that does this in the Kitchen called GB-Soft Tweak...

just a suggestion, but perhaps it's better to leave it on dormant status than diconnect it altogether because redialing into the connection would result in more battery draw

you can download an app called

Advanced Config theres a tweak to change the time out and also add a disconnect button to disable the connection yourself.

create new dword value: "Flags2" without the quotes

w/value: "16" decimal, again no quotes

this adds the data disconnect button in the bubble when you click on the ev icon

Anyone tried this on a Sprint HTC Diamond? I know this worked on the PPC-6700.

yes, i'm confirming that it works on my sprint CDMA diamond. i'm using it right now

Yes works perfect on the Diamond - Touch and Mogul.

i got the disconnect button to show up any idea y the data connection keeps activating after every couple min by itself even if the phone is in my pouch not being used?
