Possible to remove programs in start menu via cab?

Is it possible to remove programs from the windows\start menu folder via a cab/install file?

edit to add:
and/or where/which key stores the list of programs that appear in the start menu quick launch?

Re: Possible to remove programs in start menu via cab?

Yes, you can do this.

You are just removing the applications shortcuts from the Start Menu structure, so it can be accomplished via provxml file movement commands. Once you have the xml structure, you can put them into a cab and run them on your phone.

It can be tedious and in the end, you might be better off just moving or deleting the shortcuts using Total Commander or GS Finder Plus.

If still interested, reply with specifics and I can get you started.

Best regards,
