Hitting X button shut down program

It there a reg hack that will terminate (Exit) the program when I hit the X in the top right corner instead of minimizing it in the backgroup?

Settings - > System -> Task manager -> Button -> Enable th e"X" button to end running programs.

I use tman which offers a few other options when pressing and holding that part of the screen, including closing ALL apps at the same time. I use that and the rotate screen function more than anything else on my Touch.

I have the same problem.

Regardless of how i set the TASK MANAGER behavior, it STILL closes any app running. anyone know the registry entries i could manually edit?

this started happening with the new sprint 6.1 rom. was working fine with 6.0 alltel. rom.
