bigger keyboard

i want to keep the standard white stylus-keyboard on the phone but i'd like to increase the size of the keyboard. i know there is a setting to increase the size but i'd like to increase it further.. i'm wondering if there is a registry setting for the keyboard that allows you to increase a value for slightly larger keys.

where in the registry should i be looking?
