Request - Reg entry to set USB to PC Advanced Netwrk Functionality

Does anyone know the location of the registry entry that selects the enable/disable status of the Comms Setting "Enable advanced network functionality"?

I would like to disable this in my ROMs as it needs to be off to hook up to MSAS.
