Applying Registry Tweaks

If I want to apply the registry tweaks enumerated here, do I have to include the quotes when entering the key/dword/string values?

Also, can I just copy that (obviously removing non-registry-entry material) into a text file, save it as a .reg, and copy it to my phone and apply it (like I could if it was a Windows registry file?)

No quotes needed when you enter the values or create a key.

I would recommend CeRegEditor for changing values and general management of the registry. It lets you do it from your PC (with you PPC connected of course) and it has conversion functions that let you save it as a .reg file or a CAB file that makes for an easy install after a hard reset. Very cool AND free!
