Help With Verizon XV6700

I have been having problems with flashing my phone.
I'm not a stranger to changing firmware. (PSP, WII, Omnia, Jail Breaking Ipods, etc)
I can follow directions pretty well. But I am having a hard time getting started.

I downloaded BuildOS Kitchen and updated the files. (The ones that were already checked by default) I haven't found a detailed guide that tells me which to choose yet.

I have REV 1.04 (It's currently in Boot mode)
And I am on Vista. I disabled the ActiveSync settings.

When I have all of the settings together for my rom, I can't get any farther. Clicking the Green button. Only the Donation screen pops up and when I close it. I get an error that files can not be found.

Can someone PLEASE walk me through this? I can make screen shots of my PC also. Just let me know. THX!!

best solution is getting out of vista and doing the build and load in XP.

I had so many issues trying to build and load roms in Vista.

I gave up and built an XP image to do the kitchen work.

If you have space on your computer you can create a 2nd partion and load up xp on that one and dual boot your pc.
