Can HD Mini lockscreen be modded so the lock slider is at the top instead of bottom?
 

Can it be done? It just looks a little odd with nothing above it.

You should be able to replace the image of the slider. Just make the canvas of the image 800x480, put the slider at the top and leave the rest of the image transparent.

Where are the files located exactly? The windows dir has a folder called "Lockscreen" and it has some files with extensions I'm not familiar with.

It is actually really easy with reg edits. This is what you need to look for:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\LockScreen\Setting
"PBannerPos"=dword:0000023F

You would want to make it a smaller number (in order to raise it), maybe something around 150. Just experiment with different numbers to get it in the position you like.
