Does a Phone Dialer exist with all the buttons which do not hide?

I'd like a phone dialer which does not vaporize the keyboard and also keeps all the buttons visible so I don't have to toggle back and forth.

I don't care for the "smart dialing" one bit but I actually don't understand why the keypad disappears on all the dialers I've tried, upon sending a call.

The only call I make that doesn't send the dialer pad away is to voicemail.

And then it would be nice to have my other buttons with it.
