With the change in the copyright law yesterday, dosnt that allow everybody to post all the info that previously we had to go elsewhere to find?

there was no change to copyright law yesterday. It was one Judge finding against DRM breaking being illegal as long as it doesn't violate copyright law, which will be appealed. And another affirming that modifying a device you own is not illegal.

All copyright laws still apply.
