How to change EnergyROM "Leo" background and wallpapers

I really love this Rom but cant seem to find the right way to properly change the default energry background that has the blue wave with my own pic. also when i click on the start menu it has a different background i would also like to change that... I've downloaded theme cab files in the past like COD4 modern warfare but with no luck. I miss windows mobile 6.0 where changing the front interface was as easy as point to the .tsk file or grabing an image form your picture gallery- right clicking and saving as the background.

Can some one hook me up..get me going with a different wallpaper or theme.. I love Dusk Theme but i cant get it to work on this Rom.
Please school me on the proper way to customize the touch pro 2 - manila and sence UI have complicated things for me.

do i drop it in the windows dir or save it to my SD card?

thanks in advance.

last time I didn't have max manila on my energy rom, I went to settings>personalize>hometab wallpaper>weather wallpaper>albums and it brings up a bunch of thumbnails that I can choose from. If this method doesn't work for you maybe it has something to do with other cabs you have previously installed. Let us know what you have installed.

when you see those few you don't see an "albums" soft key option at the bottom of the screen so you can select something off of you sd card?
