Transparent Envelope on Email tab? Where do I get it

I have seen some themes have a transparent envelope on the email tab that makes it easier to read more of the message without opening the message.

The question is, where can I get that image and how do I use it/put it on my TP2?

Is there a certain image file to be edited and updated on the phone?
