Chinese character recognition software
 

what i'm talking about is:
being able to start writing a character onto the screen with the stylus and the program begins to recognize it and gives you translation(s)

I've seen this on the Iphone, i'm sure there is something just as good with WM.
Anyone have any suggestions?
