THIS SKINS MADE FOR LATEST SPRINT and Verizon SHIPPED DIALER.
It may or may not work on custom ROMs.Ask your chief which dialer he is using.

Introducing Bling Dialer.
Inspired by S2W Bling-Bling Manila theme
Big thanks to
Matt over @ XDA (the Devotion Dialer creator)
NCX over @ PPCeeks for help with landscape call-in-progress status

I am not against modifications.Feel free to use it,modify it or bake into custom ROM

I just uploaded my 6.5.x ROM with it.Polished portrait scene and incoming call sceene.
Time to work on landscape
