Thank you to everyone for the help. While I never did get it to work correctly, I appreciate all of the advice.

I am reflashing to a different ROM to see if I have better luck.

While none of the offered solutions fixed the issue, in the spirit of my original offer, I just made a donation to the forum of $100.

If you want, i can cook up a 6.1 rom for you with everything working properly. Let me know what you want cooked in etc and ill make one for you.

Its not that big of a deal man, i have my own kitchen already setup for it i just have to insert a 6.1 sys and add or takeout what you want/dont want included. Add some visual tweaks etc. I could be done in about 2 days depending on my school work.
