I was wondering if anyone knows where to find the all black toolbar with the blue gestures when you push the buttons for 6.5.x. I can not find the cab anywhere? Thanks in advance.

I am looking for the toolbar that OMJ uses in his roms for the Diamond. They are all black and when you say hit the start button at the bottom in 6.5.x it will then show as blue on that button before taking you to the menus. I think that should explain what I am looking for.
