Hey how about it - a Windows Phone 7 Series theme for the TP2 would be pretty darned sweet - Anyone up to the challenge?

i dont think any ui out there can do that, but i could be wrong.

HERE, you will see one has been started.
At this point it's still pretty unusable and unstable.
Our phones aren't really meant to handle a Windows 7 based interface though.
For me, it is slow and crashes at this stage still.

A Wisbar Advance Desktop theme could be created to like like WP7.

i have tried 2 different wisbar windows 7 theme's... Both Look INCREDIBLE, but functionality isnt there..... no easy to navigate, sluggish, one was in french....

Impatient hackers who cant wait for Windows Phone 7 have been creating a variety of skins to bring the UI to older devices.
This one by LeSScro is based on WisBar Advance Desktop 2.x and features:
• Lockscreen with time, date and notifications
• Start screen with familiar blue tiles and links (hopefully customizable)
• Profile settings (WiFi and volume settings)
• Transitional animations
• Pictures Hub
• Games Hub (probably to hold all your games)
• Media Hub for music, video, podcasts, radio
• Office Hub
• Stocks Hub
• All apps launcher in list format
• Weather
• WVGA

Any idea when this will be released?

I used WAD to make a Windows 7 theme look. It is a very simple theme, but it works for me.
