text input methods/interface and a cab?
In the change from stock to custom roms.. at some point (maybe manila, maybe WM6.5, who knows) the old school method of on-screen input is lost. I believe its called simply "phone keypad"
The other common input modes are something like block recognizer, finger keyboard, QWERTYkeyboard, ect.. What I was wondering is... is there any .cab or any way to put that "phone keypad" from the stock rom (and MightyROM also) in after flashing a custom rom? I know it sounds stupid and maybe there's already an answer that I can't get too with search but I really prefer the old fashoned 0-9 keypad versus a little keyboard on the bottom half of the screen. |

I believe that may be what I was needing. I'll know after a little use today. |
