I tried this but still no go. I have downloaded about 5 versions so far (this problem goes back a couple of months) and have requested my pin about 4 times. I have the correct pin. I know that the company went from digits & letters to all characters for pins. I have the correct new pin.
And the company says everything is good at their end. I'm about to give up on PS and look for something else.
