White Box on TF3D Weather Screen???
 

Seems like I've seen this problem somewhere but after searching, I can't find it. Anyone know what the fix is? Thanks in advance!!

Looks as if the manila file for whatever the weather is at the moment is compressed. Not all phones can handle compressed files. Is it like that all the time?

Thanks, Triscuit for responding. Yes, it's like that all the time. If you look closely at the screenshot, you can see the image sticking out behind the white box. It's like the box is covering the image. Weird... sure hope there's a fix outside of re-flashing.

What ROM are you on? And what manila version is it?

If someone might know which manila file or files the weather images are on, you can copy them off your device and use m9editor to do a -c on them. That will decompress the images so that they can be dumped back on your device without.

I'm on Mighty's final 6.5 and TF3D.
I know a little bit more about the issue now. There's a Font Cab thread that I visited http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=79622 and dl'd one that I liked. Looks great but the current temp was too large. A poster in that thread created a fix cab. When I took off the fix, the white box went away. Anyway, I'll attach the fix cab if anyone wants to see if it can be modified... or maybe I'm off-base???

I think the Manila file that's changed is 72ac571f
