Google Talk available on Intrepid and TP2

Hi,

There isn't a version available of Google talk for windows mobile. Then why does the Touch pro 2 has one and Intrepid for sprint have Google talk instant messaging. Is there a cab that can be extract and install for other Windows mobile version?.
