start>settings>system>remove programs (list everything!)
 
as the title says, list everything in your remove programs box....
this will give people ideas of what other people use most (not to mention, i'm curious!)

what rom are you running? pretty much everything (besides the games, of course) are things i can't live without. does your rom include a lot of it?

I just use the Silence/Mighty kitchen and cook everything I need in... I sometimes flash to a new ROM (currently on the 9/20 build of EnergyROM), but I always go back to cooking my own. Seems so much easier. (And I don't really have to learn to be a chef, I just throw what I want into a ROM... lazy man's cookin'!)
