hOW DO i SWITCH FROM 4 ICOMS TASK BAR TO 3 ICONS. I PREFFER THE BIGGER ICONS.

i would love to know that 2. i don't like the 4 icons in the start menu and i like to have big 3 icon in each line.

You'll have to find Start_Menu_GridScene_480x640 and Start_Menu_GridScene 640x480 and replace them in the Windows folder. Unfortunately I don't have them but you can get them from one of the kitchens. You can start with silence's.
