Anyone know how to change wallpapers in sense 2.5?

Yep

Click on menu on the Today screen (if it's there) or go to Home Wallpaper
or
go to Settings tab and select Personalize,Home Tab Wallpaper.

If this doesn't work then the person who made the ROM might have cooked the wallpaper in.
