Restoring the chome messaging panel

Is the unified chome message panel part of the official titanium release or is it a hack? It is missing on my phone right now, and I wonder if there is a cab I can use to restore it.

If using Showaco's Chome editor it's in there. If you deleted it or it's not working right try this. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...36#post3753436
