Really need some help

My brother went to unlock his verizon touch pro. The phone unlocked fine.

He went to flash via RUU, but on the root of his SD card he had an nbh file, properly named for flashing. He thought he was following the instructions for the RUU when it said to push the power button to procede with the update, what he had on his card was the sprint unlocker. So his bootloader says 0.37.0000

How do we fix this? I had him try flashing via RUU flash but he gets an update 262 error. He tried putting the vzw un locker on the card, but the screen says loading, and it never moves or does anything. Any ideas?

sorry guys, I have a TITAN, habbit to post here.

Anyway had him flash a stock rom, that fixed it.
