De nada It's an easy thing to miss.

Well guys, I'm flashing back to 6.1. Why? While I liked 6.5 itself, I absolutely cannot deal with IE6. Nor can my boyfriend who bogarts my phone half the day long. I HATE it. It is so slow, even when set to mobile viewing, it is annoying as hell to have to zoom all the time, and it doesn't automatically open my downloads like old IE did. If someone can cook the old IE into a 6.5 rom(or if I ever get off MY lazy butt & do it), I will so flash back, but until that happens...

Kudos to you devs though for all your hard work. It's outstanding.

I'll see if i cant get PIE to flash to 6.5. I have the kitchen to do it, just need to steal the info from a 6.1 Kitchen, hopefully will have done tonight. I know what you mean about PIE, i dont even use it anymore!

Still unclear on the GPS setup for 6.5....the previous links seem to offer the answer, but they also have a lot of people who say it does not work. I think i have everything else i need other than GPS and the sliding sounds. Anyone want to take a stab at this? My eyes are watering from reading so many posts...

Excellent rom, really. Flashed my Titan from the SD Card and while the annoying "reboot a few times to get it to work" behavior is still there, once it's up it's nice and runs faster than 1.1. Well done.

It's very nice if you run 21198 in High Mem Mode with nueKernel loaded on there. Only downside is the fact you have to use the camera in low mem mode only. At least I'm not resetting as much.

OK been on this ROM for a whole day...and honestly i think it is great. Have to add a few minor apps, but it is fast, very cool look. I dont mind the change since it is a lot like my Zune interface. If anyone is cooking new builds, here is what i think could be added to make it just a little nicer...

1. More default ringtones (21193 had sounds i really liked)
2. Sliding sounds can be set, but no sounds are in there.
3. Could use a couple more sounds for system events (21193 had some good ones)
4. Find a way to change the directory where the Pictures link on the main screen browses to. I get the system files but cant point that link to my storage card where all my pics are.
5. Maybe have a couple more themes to choose from although i do like the standard one.
6. Figure out how to get the GPS working again with Live Search. I travel a lot and i am dying without my GPS guidance.

Great...much appreciated. Thanks for the quick reply. Looking forward to the next release. Does anyone know when MS plans to release this into the wild? Will probably have to wait a year before Verizon offers the "approved" version after MS releases...so glad we got some smart guys like you all working on this to keep my tinkering going.

If anyone has a GPS idea let me know. I tried Valhalla on this after failing to get it with the Telus aGPS and no luck...i might be in a bad area however...will try again when i can actually get a decent signal.
