Stuck..on verizon screen

So today i was trying to unlock the mogul for verizon, and what happen was i used olipro 2.40 and everything was going well. For some reason i tried to flash a rom on there and it worked. as it was loading it got stuck on the VERIZON Screen. When i went back into the bootloader it did not say the olipro thing on it. I know from experiance that it should say that, but now i have no rom, and a phone which is just stuck on verizon screen. I cannot run olipro again because it needs active sync to be on. Please help!

unlock from sdcard look for nuespl

I have Nuespl, Can you give it to me step by step because i wouldnt know how to run the app since it is Stuck in that Verizon Screen. Thanks

Put the spl on the sd card and run bootloader.
