Instalbility in EF10 modem

updated after however long with EF02. This modem sucks!

the low battery light keeps popping up and then the phone shuts right off in the middle of conference calls. over and over and over again. When the phone comes back, it is at 40%.

I'm on i3 and did a firmware check. It updated me to EF10 modem, restarted, then gave me notification of an 'update' from EF10 to EF02. I cancelled and am running EF10 right now. It's working alright (so far...it's only been like 2 hours). I will report back with any findings.

Well, I've been on i3 with the EF10 modem for the last 2-3 days and have experienced many of the same issues I had with EF02. My phone would just shot down unexpectedly and would have to start the phone up . When it came back it was in airplane mode. no cell service at all only wifi. Had to remove battery and all came back OK. However it has happened too many times. Going back to EE03. Will do a clean install...back to ODIN EF02...then Odin to EE03...then flash to i3.

Re: Instalbility in EF10 modem

I agree about the modem- I had EF10 and downgraded via odin to EF02.
Instability was too much. 4g speeds went from 7mbs to 1mbs.
