CW
That really sucks... if thats the case they obviously didnt do a proper job of informing him of the changes that would be happening to his plan.

Best of luck to the Op

Somehow I feel like the only thing you can do is try and get some kind of compensation out of whomever you got the phone from for not explaining it to you.

I can see the best thing Sprint doing is giving you like an extra 10 bucks a month off of your monthly bill for a couple months maybe even a year if you complain about the 4g service.

They verify your employment by contacting the company. I know because I've had to take the calls from them.

Ok, so I have EPP 27% off, 700 minute family share plan, two phones, 3G unlimited internet and the total is $75/month. Basically the same as a plan that would normally cost aroun $100

So if I buy an Epic 4G, what will they change?

Wouldn't the OP still fall under the 30 day guarantee?

Everyone that gets a new plan does, but after reading some of the fine print with newer 4g phone agreements they all state that after switching from a grandfathered plan you cannot ever get it back.

So the 30 day federal law does not apply?

Can you copy and paste the exact paragraph from whatever user's agreement that says there is no going back? Seems to me that the implied message from the 30-day guarantee is that you can go back.
