I don't see why anybody not make a new thread for this yet so I guess I'll do it here.

It's been reported to work with ANY Rom. I confirm after installing this have no ill effects.. if you need a testimony...

Flash at your own risk, this will kill the governer controling your data service speed.

Also: just because you have the faster data capabilities, don't go nuts downloading a lot, cuz after a while, sprint could catch on, so keep it easy. Just use it like you regularly would, don't download movies or torrents or anything.

UPDATE: IT SEEMS YOU MUST USE A DEODEXED ROM TO USE THIS MOD. I REPEAT... should work on any rom if its Deodoxed... DO NOT RECOMMEND STOCK.

So Far this has been tested working on Trinity (or Viper), Midnight and ACS.

Thank you guys SOOOOOOOOOOOO much for this.. Back in the day I had a Touch Pro with I believe Telus Rev. A Radios and I pulled down 2.7mbps regularly. I was on a Moment for a while and it wasn't a great phone to work on, but now that Im on an Epic I will try this soon. Thanks alot

yeah, it works for both 3G and 4G ...it works for all data. And for the one that it put into a boot loop, it might have been a bad download, because there's nothing in the download that could put the phone in a bootloop unless the data was corrupted during download. I'd give it a try again.

looks like this is reported to work with a variety of different ROMs. I'm on the leaked DK28 so I'll give it a shot. To install I entered bootloader (after ensuring the .zip is on my SD card), then using the menus Installed .zip from SD card. Looks like everything was successful so far. I'll report back after testing.
