Sprint is getting a new tablet, and no it is not android check it out.
DRS ARMOR X10gx rugged tablet certified for Sprint 3G network | Ubergizmo

"It looks like Sprint has a new tablet lined up to join its network. What’s even more surprising is that it won’t be an Android tablet this time around. DRS Technologies has just announced that their ARMOR X10gx rugged tablet has been approved for connectivity on the Sprint 3G network. This means users of the ARMOR X10gx will be able to go online with Sprint’s network without any problems when the tablet goes on sale later this year.

The ARMOR X10gx is a tablet designed for folks who plan to use it in places with less than ideal conditions. It is certified to MIL-STD-810G for extremes in temperature, vibration, shock and drops, and carries an ingress protection (IP) rating of 67, which means it is fully protected against dust and can withstand being submerged in water to depths of up to one meter. The perfect tablet for outdoor usage.

The tablet’s specs include: a 10.4″ sunlight readable, energy efficient touch-screen LCD display, an Intel Core2 Duo processor, up to 4GB of RAM, 64-160GB SSD for internal storage, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and it runs on Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate, Business. No details on pricing or availability, but it shouldn’t take too long to arrive now. Visit the official ARMOR X10gx website."

It is only 3g but looks interesting, anybody here buy it.
