you beat me to it big time.. i saw these ones.... you pose an interesting question in the one.. sure HTC is firing back against Apples lawsuit, but are they moving to block the 10million cdma(if its true) iPhones(all iPhone, iPad, everything really) from coming and b4 the can hurt HTCs earnings from them selling so well...

its tempting to think its legit.. since we all know VZW is actually gettin iPhones.... if Sprint gets an iPhone variant and by,near,or before christmas time... MS and win phone 7 dont have a chance in the world to compete honestly-IMO of course..

itd be tough for sprint to ignore it.. iphone will BOOM, if VWZ gets it... for the most part, the general public loves it, its just not available on their carrier... theyd be dumb not too.. theyd sell a few 100,000 more handsets a year that way...
