I had a question, but didn't feel it needed its own thread, so Ill ask here.

Out of curiosity, will it be theoretically possible to have the phone unlocked and then have a custom rom with sprint's network info tied to it? It would be completely unofficial, but I would be willing to do it.

Short answer...no

The Touch HD2 is GSM (uses a sim card) and Sprint uses CDMA (no sim cards). Doesn't matter what rom you have the hardware is incompatible.

I guess since I have small finger I find this useless lol, but it would be neat for those in cold places who wear gloves and stuff....Although keeping track of it may turn out to be a pain in the....Well you know.
