Signature Sizes

Please take a look at your signatures and the amount of space it takes
up. We need to keep them within a reasonable size to help keep
the site more manageable.

For example a lot of you with the Mighty Rom gifs in your signatures need to
consider shrinking your signatures. Chefs, if you can provide
a small gif for your ROM users that would help a lot.

Remember signatures take up space EVERY TIME you post.

Let's all do our part to help!

Thanks,
NinjaMom

I was guilty of the "long signature" poster.

I have combined my signature into an image...

Would this be ok, or still too big?

Also, what about signature standards, ever thought about giving us guidance?

I would consider mine about the limit... now this is not a mandate. No firm rule has been decided, but if it can present the info you want and not take up 3-4" on someone's screen that would be good.

An example of a sig that's too big would be??? Hopefully not mine, I tried to just use the basic speed brags. :)

@lawmangrant I llke the info picture. That would be an easy solution for me too. Thats pretty cool.

Also, I don't think that the amount of content in a sig is always bad... but combined with the SIZE of each element it can be frustrating. I like to rep my fav chef too but I also like to resize my images (before I upload or photobucket can resize for me).
