Reporting spam posts...

ATTENTION TO ALL MEMBERS AND NEW MEMBERS

This is pertaining to reporting spam posts, and here are our prime targets for some of the most obvious examples...

If you see someone with the part of their member profile that says the following:

-Pocket PC: 1
-Pocket PC: BlackBerry
-Pocket PC: BMW (WTF?... I seen this once before, but never on a spammer's profile. LMAO)
-Pocket PC: Dell
-Pocket PC: Geeks
-Pocket PC: HTC
-Pocket PC: Nokia
-Pocket PC: pocket pc
-Pocket PC: Sidekick 3
-Pocket PC anything out of the ordinary...

OR if you see:
-Any advertisment threads that all of you feel are in the wrong forum (especially if they're phony wholesales threads from overseas), report the post and not think about leaving one reply.

Please look at every profile carefully, and if you see any of the following and don't know what to do, once again, hit the "Report Post" button near the upper right corner right by the post # of the spambot.

Or anything that has to do with unwanted content like links that lead us to somewhere we're not supposed to be, hit the little triangle icon on the upper right corner (yes, the Report Post button) with the exclamation point and put in "SPAM" or stuff like that. They lurk almost every single forum and attack our beloved boards and threads doing this kind of stuff with unknown intentions.

Finally, here's what you all must type in on the search engine is:
-wowgold
-wholesale wedding dresses
-wholesale sneakers
-Cheap Nikes, Jordans, Ugg boots, etc.
-bonanza
-runescape
-video converter
-or anything related to being in a spam post.

Thanks for your assistance in The War on Spam.

Re: Reporting spam posts...

And here's an additional note to all members here... We've been receiving spam posts in this area, so keep a sharp eye out for it.

They made themselves more like fish in a barrel.

Re: Reporting spam posts...

Finally, a more common tactic is that they like to attack most of the GSM device boards that aren't bumped as often as any other board we usually frequent for example, so be sure to make the not-so-frequented forums/threads to hunt for spam posts, and remember that no one should never respond to them as they are like talking to a brick wall.

P.S. - Any spam posts quoted instead of reported will be deleted, and users will be redirected here as a reminder to use the report button next time as mentioned before.
