Reputation System

If u notice by ur name there are stars. This is ur rep. As you work ur way up to 4 small stars, u then graduate to a bigger star and so on. If a user isn't going by the rules we now have in place, then u may give them negative rep points, but if they are good, u can donate rep points. You will also recieve rep points, by posting (not much), and you will also gain rep points by "living" on the board, for every month u will recieve a rep point. So keep ur reputation up. ;)

This is so cool. You keep coming up with excellent ideas. Go ahead and give yourself a big star.

Is this even working anymore? I've never seen any indication of reputation (or lack thereof) in my short time on this forum.

We used to have stars in the "old version" of this site. At the time of the conversion to the new format the stars we removed.

It works, you can add positive/negative rep by clicking on the icon that looks like a balance on each post.

You can als check your rep by clicking on UserCP at the top navigation bar.

Wow i had never noticed that before, i just assumed it was phased out with the site conversion. Thanks Pibe.

That's weird. I still don't see anything regarding reputation in the User CP. Maybe I'm blind.

I was just wondering because I do use the system to give people rep points and I was wondering how to view your own.

If you click here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/usercp.php there should be a box titled Latest Reputation Received and it'll show the last couple of posts you received rep on and if anyone added any comments along with the rep points.

Maybe I can see it because I am a moderator, not really sure how the usergroups are set up, I guess we need some registered users to test it out. However, I don't see a reason as of why registered users would not be able to see theirs.
