Google recently released a pretty need system similar to Facebook's "Like" system. Its called +1.

Basically, it lets you share a page when someone does a Google search.

So I've added the code to the top of the page, and the +1 works per page. So you can click on it on the homepage, but then you can also click on it if you're in a thread that you want to "like".

Interesting. Everything is going to have some kind of "like" button soon.. ha

Make sure you have a google public profile, goto google.com logged in to your google account, at the top right there is a drop down box click 'create profile'
