Help with Exchange Activesync and GAL Lookup

Hi -

I'm trying to get GAL setup on my Treo 700wx. All the other features of Exchange Activesync seem to be working ok - including Push Email, but I do not have the "find online" options in my contacts.

If I hard reset my device should the option exist by default or is there some device config that must first be set-up to enable the menu option.
