Is there going to be a degree of software development on this website for this phone? I am pondering this or the XV6800 and I am just curious.

What do you mean? Most software is already compatible, it's the same OS.
If you are talking about custom ROMs, that's a whole different story.

I just didn't know. Thanks for the response...I Know that other Samsung PPC's have had a big following and I was just curious as to ROM creation. When you are dealing with Verizon they not only take forever to release something but they cripple the heck out of it too.
