So I know there's a lot of users that edit PAL skins... I downloaded a skin_dev ZIP file and try to run it on my PC but it says it's now a Windows app.

How do you all edit your skins? Using this tool copying it to the phone, or by editing the SKN file on a text editor?

That little executable is for WM5 (I haven't tried it). I just use a text editor - that zip file also contains a reference for all of the commands.

You can place the file in windows notepad and get to the goods.When it come to the graphics I use Microsoft digital image studio with MGI Photo Suite.
